Modern Slavery Statement - 2026

This statement was approved by the Board of HR GO Plc on 20th April 2026 and is published in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act (2015). It sets out the steps that we have taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains during the financial year ending 2026.

HRGO PLC and group companies

Established in 1957, we are a group of generalist and specialist recruitment companies specialising in the supply of temporary and permanent talent to clients through technology enabled services. Based in Ashford, Kent and operating across the UK we are a public limited company managed via a Board of Directors.

We have a workforce of c. 120 made up of professionals.

SUPPLY CHAIN

HRGO does not use any labour supply chains. All candidates are sourced and processed in house.

POLICIES

HRGO has created and maintains a suite of policies and processes to ensure the prevention of Modern Slavery. These include a Modern Slavery Policy and Compliance processes. All policies are reviewed and iterated regularly and implemented into the ways of working and system design.

DUE DILIGENCE PROCESSES

Internal due diligence is managed through the ways of working of the team and the way our systems are designed. Transparency, complete and accurate records and regular communication are fundamental pillars to ensuring diligent recruitment in the context of Modern Slavery prevention.

IDENTIFICATION AND MITIGATION OF SUPPLY CHAIN RISKS

Indicators are continuously monitored as part of the ways of working of the company. Any risk areas are reviewed by a member of the Board each week. There is a clear chain of reporting of any suspected issues for review and mediation.

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

Risk management, indicator monitoring and other performance factors are recorded in line with our ISO9001 quality policy. Performance is regularly reviewed at board level to consider improvements.

TRAINING AND CAPACITY BUILDING

All employees undertake training with regards to understanding the impact of Modern Slavery, identifying any indicators in their roles, communication and escalation of any suspected cases, understanding the monitoring processes (people and systematic), and providing feedback on improvements. Posters are on display in workplaces to remind team members and to be visible to candidates.
