Modern Slavery Policy

Effective Date: January 2026
Review Date: January 2027

COMMITMENT STATEMENT

HR GO Plc and its subsidiary companies are committed to developing and implementing a proactive approach to tackle hidden labour exploitation. We recognise that hidden labour exploitation involves the exploitation of job applicants or workers by third parties, including rogue individuals operating within our businesses unaware to management. This includes forced labour, human trafficking for labour exploitation, payment for work-finding services, and exploitation associated with accommodation. We understand the challenges in identifying these abuses and support victims in coming forward.

HR GO Plc supplies agency workers across various sectors, including Food Packaging and Processing, Manufacturing, Construction, Administration and Office, Hospitality, and Catering. We prioritise our activities in sectors with roles consistent with the National Minimum Wage, especially within the food packaging industry.
