In recent years, this relationship has grown into a wider recruitment partnership spanning temporary and permanent hiring across multiple UK locations, with additional support in Ireland.

For the past four years, we have supported Kingspan under a Preferred Supplier Agreement, which formally established HRGO as one of its approved recruitment partners.
Our service is supported by FONT, our workforce management platform. FONT enables Kingspan to access right-to-work documentation, training standard operating procedures, shift plans and candidate CVs all in one place.
This gives Kingspan greater visibility while simplifying and streamlining the end-to-end recruitment and workforce management process.

Following the success of our temporary staffing partnership, Kingspan awarded us a 12-month permanent recruitment contract covering Holywell, Widnes and Birmingham, alongside additional support for its operation in Ireland.
That agreement has now been renewed for a further two years, reflecting Kingspan’s confidence in our ability to support different areas of its recruitment strategy.
This expansion allows us to provide a more joined-up service across temporary and permanent hiring while applying our knowledge of Kingspan’s business to every search.
