HRGO are are looking for an Engagement Marketing Manager to our client's existing team, in either Dover or Newcastle. The Engagement Teams are based across Europe and the UK and with colleagues at these locations, there will be travel to other offices for meetings. With a strong focus on customer needs, you will work closely with the Engagement Marketing Management Team, to identify global customer touchpoints with the goal to utilise and source relevant tools and methods to help improve the customer journey, social engagement, personalisation, retention, and growth of our customer base. The Engagement Marketing team is responsible for driving passenger marketing activity across languages and locations through all digital engagement channels including email, mobile, database, social, blog and influencer activities.
You will need to have experience and technical knowledge with an understanding of customer engagement and behaviour across all digital channels, but primarily across the social media and CRM disciplines. You'll be taking the lead or support on several engagement projects in line with the passenger marketing strategy, including, but not limited to, customer review platforms, unified blog, loyalty initiatives and personalisation. Alongside this, you will be developing and implementing a plan for enhancing customer review scores and maintaining awareness and identification of new developments and trends within digital marketing industry for continual expansion, growth, and improvement, individually and for our brand. You'll need to come in and hit the ground running so you will need to be a skilled marketing professional with at least 5+ years' experience in Digital Marketing channels (preferably in email marketing, mobile and social media) and preferably experience of using a CDP (Customer Data Platform) for marketing activity.
