Overtime Rate: £18.31 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm

Role Summary
As a Production Operator, you will support day-to-day manufacturing activities, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. You will work closely with colleagues on the shop floor and contribute to maintaining a positive and productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities

Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

Assembling, inspecting, and packing products to required quality standards

Carrying out regular quality checks throughout the production process

Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe work area

Completing basic production records accurately

Reporting faults, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors

Working collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
