Training to Perfection

We want you to succeed and to move your career to dizzy heights with HR GO Recruitment, providing you with the tools and support from day one.  Depending on your level of experience, we have a training plan in place to help you build your career and develop your skill set.

If you are new to the world of recruitment, we have a 12 week training programme that will help build your desk and maximise your earning potential.  You will be with a peer group of individuals who are all in the same boat and all new to recruitment, where we will actively encourage you to build your network outside of your branch and with the wider business.  During the training programme you will be given the opportunity to work away from the office environment, enabling you to focus on your own development.

If you are joining us with recruitment experience, you will be able to take full advantage of all the training sessions available, ranging from group workshops, bitesize branch support and desk training/coaching.

If you have your sights set on leading and managing a team, we can provide you with coaching, mentoring and management training to help get you there.

We also embrace technology and evolve with new ways of working. Alongside all of the recruitment tech tools you would expect, we have our own LinkedIn Champion to train you in all the LinkedIn functions available.

No matter what stage in your career you join us at, we want you to succeed, be the best possible version of you and have fun along the way!
