Purpose of role

We are a very busy Recruitment Agency based in Little, offering services to Industrial and Commercial sectors on a 24-hour basis. We are now seeking a Weekend On Call Consultant to lead the administration and operations of the business primarily during the weekend. You must be competent in dealing with enquiries from clients and workforce in a professional and prompt manner 4 days a week including weekends.

Hours and work patterns

This job will be based from Home Friday-Sunday and then office based on the Monday, working hours will be as follows:

• Friday 5pm-10pm (Availability for ad hoc calls/contact)
• Saturday 7am - 12pm (Working from home-availability for ad hoc calls/contact)
• Sunday 7am - 12pm (Working from home - availability for ad hoc calls/contact)
• Monday 7am to 4pm (Office based in Little Sutton)

Main Duties

Overseeing the operational management of the agency including;

• Client and workforce enquiries
• The management and implementation of key client schedules and plans
• General administration and checking of workforce details
• The management and resolution of workforce issues including "no shows" or additional driver requests
• General administration and reporting as required

For this role you must be confident, sociable, good attention to detail, organised, able to operate under pressure with an excellent telephone manner. Previous experience gained from working within either an office or recruitment environment is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
