HGV / Car Mechanic / Vehicle Technician
Salary to £30,500 + Overtime Rate at Time and a Half
Located in the Cambourne - St Neots area (Cambridgeshire)
Own transport required due to location
A great opportunity for a HGV / Car Mechanic / Vehicle Technician, to join a respected Engineering company to work on their fleet of vehicles and equipment including cars, vans, a 7.5t lorry / forklift trucks and a range of utility type vehicles, plus lift platforms telehandlers etc.
We are looking for the right person who has good all-round knowledge of mechanics, electrics and hydraulics and must have the ability to find and fix faults.
Qualifications are not essential providing you can demonstrate you have the experience. Someone with previous agricultural mechanical engineering knowledge would suit this position.
It would an advantage if you have the following qualifications: Apprenticeship with NVQ levels 1/2/3 / HNC & HND City & Guilds or Foundation degree or degree Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Mechanical Engineering.
You would need to bring to the workshop good attributes such as, good punctuality / attendance / enthusiasm and attitude.
Salary Guide: To £30500 - PLUS Overtime at time & a half.
Hours: 39 per week, Monday to Friday.
Start time: 07.30am. Mid-day finish on a Friday.

Commutable from: Royston - Biggleswade - St. Neots - Sandy - Cambourne - Cambridge - Bedford - St. Ives - Huntingdon - Letchworth Garden City areas.
Own transport required due to location
