VEHICLE PAINT SPRAYER/ SMART Repairer Leading Bodyshop in Middlesex

£35,000 - £40,000 Basic + Bonus REALISTIC OTE £45K

Sprayer/ Smart Repairer required for our client a Leading Bodyshop in Middlesex to join a fantastic team in the Bodyshop. Talented and efficient. You will be repairing damaged vehicles in line with the manufacturer's specifications within a state of the art body shop, utilising modern equipment and techniques.

You will have a minimum of 3 years recent experience post qualification working as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer /Smart Repairer within a busy body shop and be a strong team player.

70% of the role will be Paint Spraying and 30% Smart Repair work

Painting damaged vehicles that have been repaired to a high standard

· Mixing of own colours

· Prepare vehicles to be painted by hand or machine

· Mix and match paint by eye or by using computer technology to ensure correct colour match

· Apply primer and finishing coats using spray guns and rub down surfaces between coats

· Ability to apply blending techniques to ensure a seamless paint finish

· Touch up paintwork and apply polish to vehicles

As a highly experienced Bodyshop Sprayer Smart Repairer/ Panel Beater/ working with a team of 10 productive staff. Dealing with everything from volume brands right through to high end prestige vehicles you must be productive and work to a high standard.

Carrying out Smart Repairs - PAINTLESS DENT REMOVAL(PDR)

Following safety procedures

Detecting and diagnosing any additional faults for further repair

Interacting with colleagues and customers to discuss repair work carried out.

Requirements of a SMART Repairer for our client

You will have a recognised qualification in a SMART repair capacity

You will have a previous working experience in a SMART repairer role within a busy leading Bodyshop

The ability to produce a high quality of SMART repair from start to finish.
