HR GO are looking for Home Based Customer Helpline advisers to work on an exciting project:
Inbound customer helpline
Home based - Monday - Friday, between 08:00 and 18:00
Hourly rate of £8.72 p/h 37.5 hours
Our client will provide full IT Kit, must be collected from Central Newcastle based office.
A successful Customer Service Representative Will Ideally have:
Excellent customer service
A friendly approach
Experience in dealing with a high volume of calls from a varied customer group.
Excellent Keying/Listening & Data Inputting skills.
Ability to navigate around a P.C comfortably.
A good record of punctuality.
Resilience and good work ethic.
You will require a current or new DBS certificate.
