Trainee Sales Negotiator - Robinson Michael & Jackson

Location: Gravesend
Salary: £15,000-£18,000 BASIC with OTE UP TO £28,000 commission guaranteed in the first 3 months - With additional income to be earnt via booking appointments.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who loves working with people, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and wants to learn the foundations of property sales.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting vendors and buyers with updates and property feedback
• Assisting with valuations and driving sales activity
• Registering new clients using the MAN's method (Motivation, Ability, Needs)
• Learning the conveyancing and mortgage process
• Using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, TikTok, WhatsApp Business & property portals
• Keeping an organised diary and completing daily tasks
• Delivering excellent phone and face-to-face service
• Contributing to a fun, collaborative team culture
