Trainee Recruitment/ HR Consultant

HR Go are looking to expand their team and looking for a Trainee Consultant that we can can develop into a 360 Consultant. We believe to be one of the largest recruitment companies within the area with over 2,500 staff out dally

The person specification

you will have a full driving license as you will be required to visit client

have great attention to detail

ability to multitask as we are often doing 2 jobs at a time

able to work in a fast team environment

Job specification

you will be trained in Recruitment to a high standard within the REC (governing body of recruitment) including employment law

you will carry out HR functions

interview candidates for clients

reference checking

compliance

day to day HR functions

the hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm (or as business needs)

starting salary will be £22k and reviewed over 12 months
