HRGO are recruiting a Line Leader on behalf of our client in Chartham, on the outskirts of Canterbury.
This role is perfect for individuals who have a strong background in managing production lines, experience working in fast-paced environments and are prepared to take on the responsibility of leading a team to achieve production goals. This is an ongoing temporary role which can lead to a permanent position.
Salary: £13.45 per hour (Overtime Rate: £16.81 per hour)
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts, including weekends

Key Responsibilities:
Manage production lines efficiently, ensuring all targets and quality standards are met.
Assign tasks effectively and ensure that team members are operating at their full potential.
Complete and file all necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
Provide clear instructions and leadership to ensure a smooth workflow.
Maintain a high level of product quality and rectify any deviations promptly.
Requirements:
Previous experience in food production is highly desirable.
Proven managerial or leadership experience within a production environment.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Production experience is essential.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and management.
Possession of a personal vehicle is preferable, though not essential, with a train station located 20 minutes away from the site.
