Temporary Customer Service Advisor Hourly rate - £9.83 per hour Working hours - Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. We are looking for several candidates to join our clients team based near Stansted Airport as Customer Service Agents, due to their increasingly busy workload. You will be working for a large organisation, as part of a very busy, customer service department dealing with regular telephone calls and email communications from clients. The successful candidate must have strong verbal communication skills along with a keen eye for detail as you will be calling customers for details and inputting this data onto the system. You will also use this information to update invoices with the correct information. Candidates must be able to maintain a professional approach at all times, along with an excellent telephone manner and must be computer literate. Previous customer service experience within a contact centre, would be advantageous.
