HR GO are currently recruiting for a Technical Site Lead based at a prestigious client near Gatwick Airport.
The role is for hard and soft service management, you will be an experienced Facilities Manager and a qualified electrician with extensive technical experience.
The role will involve liaising with client representatives and their on-site teams, sub-contractors and the Account Manager to ensure the contract is delivered within the terms and ensuring financial targets are met.
This role will have an emphasis on customer service and you will be point of contact for all site related activity, making sure the service on all sites is delivered, reported and compliant with customer and client procedures. There will be an expectation from my client that you will provide 20% hands on time delivering PPMS and reactive work that falls within your skill set.
The rest of the time will be spent managing the team and the on-site contractors and ensuring first class delivery of service. My client is looking for someone who is safety-conscious, client focussed, a good organiser and has strong communication skills
My client is looking for a qualified electrician with extensive technical experience at a similar level, someone with appropriate technical ability, knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation (IOSH Managing Safely) and Facilities Management experience.
