Technical Administrator / Engineering Administrator Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 pa Own transport required due to location Established Engineering Design & Manufacturing Company requires a Technical Administrator / Engineering Administrator to assist with all the administration duties which may arise within an engineering office environment. To be considered, whilst a technical background would be an advantage, it not essential as training will be given. Technical Administrator / Engineering Administrator - Main Duties: Design and Projects office administration duties including: * Supporting the Design Engineering, Technical & Project teams. * Preparation of document packs and Project folders. * Printing and issuing of drawings and documents. * Distribution to manufacture, recording and control of documents and drawings. * Monitoring and recording of materials, parts and components ordered for projects. * Liaison and continuity between Design Engineering, Technical & Project team members. * Maintaining database records for all of the above. * Assist in the duties of the MRP system administrator and to cover all duties when required. * Assist in the design, development of controlling documents and procedures. Preferred Experience: * Microsoft office (Word, Excel & Outlook). Salary Range: £20,000 - £22,000 pa. Holiday: 22 Days, increases to 25 with service years.
