Managed Services Team Manager
Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 per annum

We are seeking a confident and experienced Team Manager to lead a high performing Managed Services team. You will oversee daily operations, manage escalations, support team development, and ensure both individual and team objectives are achieved.
This is a hands-on leadership position. In addition to managing the team, you will regularly get involved in technical work to support workloads, provide cover when needed, and contribute to key operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities for the Team Manager role
- Manage day-to-day operations and team workloads
- Act as the main escalation point for technical and customer issues
- Conduct development reviews, set objectives and support career progression
- Contribute to overall team targets and ensure these are met
- Provide regular hands-on technical support
- Support the adoption of new systems and processes
- Communicate feedback, ideas and concerns from the team into management meetings
