Job Title: Support Worker (Complex needs) Location: Nr Ashford Salary: £15,464 + Service Allowance £2.087pa + shift allowances HRGO are currently recruiting for a support worker to work in a beautiful, countryside location, just outside of Ashford. Our client boasts an on site farm, and supported living accommodation throughout the site. As a support worker in complex needs, you will ideally have experience working with this client group, will have a caring nature, be empathetic and patient. Our client is very eager to promote Independence for the individuals they support. Experience and being comfortable with all aspects of care is ideal, as there will be personal care and hoisting involved. The successful applicant will work on a rota basis, 162.5 hours per month with mixed shift patterns, including sleep in and weekends (with shift allowances) Please call Sam at HRGO for more information.
