HRGO are currently recruiting for Support Workers to work in a service in Capel-Le-Ferne, on the outskirts of Folkestone. The service is run by a learning disability organisation, who pride themselves in providing a high standard of care and support to their service users, promoting Independence and dignity at all times. There are plenty of hours available at this service, with 2 service users who have profound learning and physical difficulties. Main Duties: To provide a high level of care and support to our clients service users. To follow and complete care plans. To assist with meal times, as well as preparation of food and drink throughout the day. To assist with activities where applicable To be kind and compassionate as well as patient Ideally you will be NVQ Level 2 or higher in Health & Social Care, as well as hold an enhanced DBS - we can use your registered DBS if it is on the update service.
