Our Logistics Client is seeking a Supplier Management Coordinator to provide additional support to the Supplier Management Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage the suppliers to work to the company's standard operating procedures

Check and monitor pricing against specified rates

Identify and negotiate appropriate reductions in rates when achievable

Manage the quality of service and agree quarterly improvement actions with suppliers

Record supplier non - conformance and agree corrective actions

Continuous research to locate new suppliers who meet the high operating requirements and effective on boarding

Responding to operational requests within required timescales

The successful applicant must have good planning and organisational skills, self - motivated, tenacious and excellent communication skills along with good operating standard of MS Packages.

Polish or Romanian language would be advantageous but not essential.

Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
