HRGO is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Secretary to support a commercial lawyer. This role involves extensive document typing, including long-form documents, and requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency. The position offers flexibility around working hours and the possibility of hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Typing: Accurately type and format long-form legal documents, ensuring all content is precise and professionally presented.
  • Audio Typing: Transcribe audio recordings into written documents, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the commercial lawyer, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and organising files.
  • Document Management: Organise and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and properly archived.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.

Experience:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within a legal or commercial environment.
  • Typing Skills: Proficiency in audio typing and the ability to handle long-form document typing efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
