Are you an experienced leader in the Adult Health and Social Care Sector looking for your next challenge?

Our client, a prominent care provider, based in Medway and seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to spearhead this new venture! This is a fantastic opportunity to launch a new project while benefiting from the support of the team. You will have a background as a Registered Manager and have experience working with CQC.

About the Role:

As the Registered Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing a cluster of Supported Living services within a designated area. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality, specialist care to individuals with complex needs, while integrating them into their local communities and promoting their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a small portfolio of Supported Living services, caring for 6-12 individuals who require around 1,000 hours of care each week.
  • Lead and support a dedicated team of approximately 30 staff members, fostering an engaging environment.
  • Collaborate with a Deputy Manager to handle managerial tasks, including staff support and care plan updates.
  • Utilize a range of specialised resources, including access to a Quality & Compliance Manager.
