We are looking for a cleaner to work in Bedford

Monday to Friday 7am-12pm

Due to the location you will need your own transport

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team in maintaining a clean and organised environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and janitorial duties to ensure a safe and sanitary space for all occupants.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces

- Clean and sanitise restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors

- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling materials

- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and other fixtures

- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms

- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures

- Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines

- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance required

- Assist with other cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Cleaner or similar role

- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques

- Ability to handle cleaning equipment and machinery

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Excellent time management skills

- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

The candidate will need safety shoes and a hi vis please.

This role could go permanent for the right candidate
