Job Description:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for the company. You will be responsible for generating leads, building rapport with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, online research, and referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential clients to understand their business objectives and tailor proposals accordingly.
- Negotiate and finalise sales.
- Collaborate closely with our project management and other teams to ensure seamless handover and successful project execution.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and drive.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, they work on two shifts which are : 08:00 - 16:30 and 08:30 - 17:00.
