Experience Retail Associate require to work for a flag ship travel accessory retail store based at Heathrow Airport.

You will be part of a successful team that drives sales productivity for high end branded travel accessories and holdalls.

Due to the role being based at the airport you need to be flexible and able to work shift patterns across early starts and late finishes. The store is open from 5.30am - 9pm, 7 days a week.

Commission and Bonus achievable on top of basic salary

Full time: 37.5 hours

Duties:

* Maintain and increase the sales figures of the store/concession.

* Ensure that customers are acknowledged quickly and offer A friendly service.

* Demonstrate a clear understanding of the company mystery shop guidelines.

* Be aware of competitor ranges and price points.

* Report any missed opportunities to the management team.

* Be able to confidently close a sale.

* Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products

* Ensure that all customer follow up is done promptly and efficiently.

* Ensure that any phone enquiries/sales are handled confidently and efficiently.

* Confident in handling customer enquiries and complaints when required.

* Understand the company after sales services, and policy for repairs.

* Understand the company/host store exchange and refund policy.
