Experience Retail Associate require to work for a flag ship retail store based in Liverpool Street, London. You will be working for a small boutique, selling very high-end stationary. You must possess previous high-end retail experience.

As part of a team, you will focus on sales productivity, efficiency, and high customer service levels

of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• * Maintain and increase the sales figures of the concession.
• * Ensure that customers are acknowledged quickly and offer friendly, courteous and

• * Be aware of competitor ranges and price points.
• * Be able to confidently close a sale.
• * Confident in handling customer enquiries and complaints when required.

Visual Merchandising

• * Assist the management team in implementing visual merchandising changes within

• * Maintain a high level of store housekeeping.
