An exciting opportunity has arisen for Repairs Inspector to join my clients office in Ashford.

The role will be a mix of working in the office, from home and on-site.

You will be responsible for inspecting council properties to ensure that are any needed renovations are reported and sent to the relevant contractors.

You will also be responsible for:

• Doing pre, post and quality inspections
• Updating and working closely with contractors
• Undertake property inspections and report on conditions of boilers and kitchens etc.

We are looking for candidates who have a background in surveying or property inspection and are looking for a role with a well respected and forward thinking company.
