Job Title: Registered Nurse

HRGO are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the lovey town of Hythe in Kent, for a Registered Nurse.

The successful applicant will be registered with the NMC and hold a valid pin and qualifications.

The role is for day shifts, however some night work may be required at time.

Key tasks will be:

The providing of Nursing care to residents in a care home setting.

To with care plans, both creating and maintaining.

To liaise with relevant care professionals as part of an effective multi-disciplinary approach to care.

To carry out treatments in accordance with government legislation and nursing practices.

To maintain effective communication with residents and relatives.

In the absence of the Care Manager, the registered nurse on duty may also be seen at the senior member on shift.

There will also be some administrative duties with this role, including:

Reporting of accidents and incidents to the care manager.

Notifying the care manager with regards to any shortages of equipment or supplies.

Regular hours of work will be 0745 - 2000 however there may be an occasional need to cover nights.
