Helpdesk administrators wanted!
We are currently looking for administrators to deliver excellent customer service and support the Help desk team in the delivery of customer and business support to contracts.
This will include purchasing and financial administration, managing correspondence and complaints processes, gathering customer experience data through surveys, working with the Help desk Team to chase information from contract teams. You will work closely with the team but be expected to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative.
Skills required:
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Great communication skills written and verbal
Customer service skills and experience
Minute taking
Financial administration
Good with inbound and outbound calls
