Receptionist role based in Central London.

Tasks include:

  • Taking incoming telephone calls in a professional manor

  • Meeting and greeting clients

  • Booking meeting rooms

  • Keep meeting rooms and communal areas tidy and clean

  • Booking couriers and business trips

  • General facilities tasks

  • Administration - Adhoc duties

What we need from you:

  • High level of customer service

  • Excellent telephone manor

  • Experienced in MS Office

  • Professional

  • Strong communication

  • Passionate

  • Previous reception experience
