We are looking for REACH or Counter Balance FLT drivers- IDEALLY have current licence BUT will consider a recently expired one for a client in Castle Cary

This is a 3 shift position- so only apply if can rotate on shifts

2 x weekday FLT drivers - weekday contract 22500- 29000 plus 6.67% shift allowance.

The weekday shifts patterns are the 3 x 8hr rotating weekly 2200-0600, 0600-1400 and 1400-2200.

The FLT associate role is a key position in the success of the plant.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure all product produced is labelled, stored and dispatched correctly on time in full to the customer, whilst at the same time meeting targets regarding, Quality, H&S, Food Safety and the environment.

Constantly striving for continuous improvement, you will maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

*Main Duties

Adhere to the Load/ Unloading plan

Complete all required tasks from the shift sheets and report any shortfalls

To maintain the accuracy of all transaction in Locate IT with regard to incoming and outgoing loads, Put-away production, picking loading for dispatch.

Work to eliminate any damages to Finished Goods

Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to H&S, Food Safety, Quality GMP/ GHP

Adhere to cleaning schedule for area, ensuring sign off weekly

Ensure the quality of each incoming load

Incoming loads need to be booked in and put away ensuring that every pallet is scanned in correctly and to the correct location. Any variation to the POD needs to be communicated to the FG Warehouse Team Leader immediately

FLT's need to be maintained, check sheets completed and displayed, batteries kept charged/ topped up and the area must be kept clean and tidy.

To complete a personnel register by shift for purpose of attendance and evacuation.
