The Quotations Coordinator will be responsible for producing quotations and initial drawings for customers, outlining the details of their order in line with their requirements. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the construction industry from a quotations/customer service background, as there will be a strong emphasis on the ability to manage customer relations. You will also be required to use the company CAD package. Full training and support will be provided.
Willing to learn and maintain your knowledge of company products from a quotations perspective; panels, door specifications, flashings and fixings.
Liaise with customers to discuss their requirements and determine the appropriate specification for their project.
Generate accurate quotes in a timely and efficient manner, whilst covering all aspects of each project.
Manage customer expectations, both internal and external; you will be expected to maintain good relations with a variety of people, from customers to Sales, Technical, Customer Services and 3rd party suppliers.
Be aware of production and technical constraints within Modbox products and liaise with the appropriate team in order to resolve potential problems.
Produce general layout drawings for customer issue using computer software.
Maintain accurate records on the company project tracking system
Ensure accurate handover of project details to Customer Services, whilst answer potential queries as they arise.
Provide cover for the coldstore department to cover holidays.
Candidates must possess good communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
Must be driven with the ability to work as part of a team but also as individual
Effectively prioritise and manage one's own workload.
Good level of general IT ability; MS Office, emails, accurate data entry etc.
