Position: Quality Control (Trainee)

Location: Flintshire

Hours: Monday - Friday

Salary: £8.72 per hour

JOB TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Batch release of finished product in line with Company procedures
• Highlighting non-conformance's that may arise during the batch release process
• Filing of retained and production samples
• Filing of batch documentation
• Quarantining any product which does not pass batch release processes
• Assisting in the non-conformance process to ensure that information and samples are collected as necessary
• Supporting production in both quality and GMP requirements
• Completing trace ability audits
• Completion of C of C's or C of A's for released product
• Inspection of key raw materials prior to production
• Completion of month end stock takes
• Transfer of product to stock system in MIS
• Attention to detail, logical and methodical
• Customer focused
• Ability to challenge and question personnel, processes and procedures
• Ensuring that out of specification product is segregated and clearly identified
