Property Coordinator- Temporary to Permanent

Immediate start!

Hours : Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00 and 1 Saturday in 3- 8:30-14:30 (A full day off in the week is given in lieu of a Saturday)

Salary £25,000+ possibility of commission

Location: Central Canterbury-free parking available!

• Tenancy Agreements are efficiently and correctly produced
• Property management
• Negotiation with Tenants and Landlords
• Overseeing a small team in the absence of the Branch Manager

Successful candidates will have:

• Must demonstrate accuracy and good attention to detail.
• Have great customer service skills
• Good communication skills via phone, email and in person
• Able to work under pressure during busy periods
• Must be very well organised with the ability to manage time effectively
• Must be adaptable to assisting with other varied tasks when required
• Must be experienced in a Lettings environment preferably one which includes student properties.
• Good problem solver
• Good computer skills
