An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator / Manager (dependant on experience) for a well-established Plumbing, Heating and Building company in Yeovil
This permanent role, with a salary of up to £35k DoE , is certainly a role to consider if you have a back ground in construction and project management
This would suit someone coming off the tools, who has provided quotes for their clients, understands the trades, can liaise with suppliers and customers and provide excellent service
You will report directly to the MD and you will have Site foremen, engineers and operatives reporting to you
You must have a construction/ trade back ground , ideally have a CSCS card and ideally some project management experience
The hours are Monday to Friday 8- 5.30, 28 days holiday ( 20 plus 8, company pension etc)
The main duties of this role are:
Running of domestic Kitchen and bathroom installations
Frequent visits to sites to ensure smooth running
Quotations
Meeting various trades on sites for quoting purposes
Taking deliveries into yard
Answering phone
General office task
