Production and Packing Operative

HR GO recruitment are looking for someone to assist in the production of filled and shaped chocolate products. To work within a team environment in various departments depending on the requirements of the business. To be able to work with senior members of staff and have the initiative to work alone and unsupervised when required.

Early shift - £9.60 per hour

Late shift - £9.80 per hour

Job Description

• Work in production area to guarantee the delivery of finished product
• To assist in all aspects of the process from material supply, through to the packing of finished product
• To ensure continuous operation of the line through support of all team members
  • To ensure the correct supply of packaging and ingredients are collected from the warehouse.
  • To raise any issues with Senior Production Operative when required
• To always adhere to all company and site policies

Requirements

• A positive, friendly attitude
• Strong resilience and be able to work on a fast-paced production line for long periods of time
• Ability to work hard and well under pressure
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Good numeracy, literacy and analytical skills
• Flexible, committed and reliable
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Accuracy and diligence
• Previous experience in Food Manufacturing and Production industry
