I have a client in Bridgwater , just off junction 23 and just on the outskirts as you leave Bridgwater to head towards Street

They are looking for a planner Scheduler

Monday to Friday 8.30- 5, 30 mins lunch

Ideally you will have previous experience scheduling engineers and planning routes

This is office based

YOU will need to be organised and efficient

Ideally you will have previous customer service and planning or scheduling experience, preferably within an engineering company

You must also be IT literate and have the ability to multitask as this will be a busy yet rewarding role.

You will have real passion for providing the highest level of customer service whilst being empathetic.

Duties include

Raising orders on IT systems, planning and dispatching jobs to the best placed engineers

Dealing with inbound and outbound communications from colleagues, sub contractors and customers

Ensuring that follow on appointments are arranged with customers and that they are aware of any amended appointment slots

Actioning unscheduled jobs, ensuring that all emergency and overdue repairs are carried out

Routing the engineer's in the most efficient way
