Experienced Payroll Administrator required to join the team of our client based in Ashford. Candidates will need to have previous experience of working in a similar environment, being able to prioritise your workload, ability to meet tight deadlines and have a good attention to details. Duties are: -administer the Temporary Payroll -ensure controls are implemented/maintained -collaborate with all areas of the business -ensure all payrolls and reports are completed within the deadlines set by the department -build relationship with different branches within the business -investigating queries and liaising with both the group network and approved outsourced payroll providers utilised across the group -coordinate timekeeping and payroll systems -ensure all direct reports, holidays and sickness forms are completed and submitted -correcting pay errors on the system The role will require to help process the weekly payroll at the head office, taking responsibility for their own weekly payrolls as necessary, demonstrating best practice and supporting the long-term vision of the Department. Candidates will need to possess a good working knowledge of BACS/CHAPS, excellent numerical skills, excellent IT skills-Excel, Word, imports from one system to another etc.
