Your role as a patient ambassador will manage ward based services within the Hospital, and be responsible maintaining relationships with local customers and employees across the contract to resolve issues and problems.
You will also Supervise, co-ordinate, motivate, train and work with ward based cleaning staff and hosts to provide a quality service. Carry out duties in accordance with agreed Method Statements and standards.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
Undertake a full and comprehensive range of domestic and housekeeping duties in the working area
Responsible for delivery of Customer Support services within the Departments
Direct and assist Domestic, Housekeeping, Accommodation and staff within the Departments

Experience working within a similar role
Supervising other staff, monitoring work standards and team working essential
Institute of Leadership and Management, level 2 (ILM)
Good communication skills
Prepared to work unsociable hours
BICs training and assessor certificates
Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification
Health and Safety Awareness
