Our client, the NHS is looking to recruit an Administrator within the Community department in the Fleet & Frimley area. This is a full time temporary position between 8am and 6pm, ideally you would be able to work some weekends but this is not essential.
The job will involve general office administration duties such as scanning and filing as well as adding shifts to rosters, allocating patient visits and liaising with staff and wards.
Experience within the NHS would be an advantage. Good all-round MS Office skills required and a professional telephone manner. This is purely a team administration role so you will not be expected to have any interaction with patients or visitors face to face.
