📍 Location: Ramsgate, Kent
💰 Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per year (DOE)

Contract: Perm
🕒 Monday - Thursday - 12-hour shifts, moving to 4-on/4-off rotation eventually

🚀 What You'll Do

• 📦 Lead Bulk Packing, Flow Wrapping & Bagging stations
• ⚙️ Ensure equipment setup, operation & changeovers run smoothly
• 👀 Maintain product quality & presentation standards
• 📝 Complete accurate packing records
• 👥 Supervise, support & coach Packing Line Operatives
• 🔄 Assist with shift start-ups, changeovers & handovers
• 💡 Identify and implement efficiency and quality improvements

🦺 Health & Safety

• ✔ Promote safe working practices
• ✔ Ensure correct use of PPE
• ✔ Complete safety checks & report hazards
• ✔ Maintain a clean, organised workspace

💪 What We're Looking For

• ✅ Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or high-speed production
• ✅ Hands-on with automated packing lines
• ✅ Strong attention to detail & product quality
• ✅ Team-focused, supportive, and proactive
• ✅ Willing to learn & cross-train across production areas
