- JOB TITLE: Part Time Sales Administrator
- SALARY: £11,731 / £11.28p/h
- WORKING HOURS: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day)
HR GO Recruitment are looking for a Permanent Part Time Sales Administrator to help support the Sales department who are selling a high-end desirable product. Your role will involve supporting the sales team with all the administration duties. The sales team are extremely busy so this role would suit someone who is computer literate, is good at multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
Main duties include
- Dealing with and where possible being the first point of contact for inbound enquires (phone, web, email and walk ins)
- Supporting the sales teams
- Supplying admin support to order processing
Key Responsibilities
- Making sure all enquires are dealt with and distributed appropriately
- Working with the sales teams to understand and maximise opportunities
- Working with the content and marketing manager to identify potential content
- Implementing and evolution of CRM system
- Generating and developing sales reports
- To make sure all reports are delivered regularly and on time
- Making sure orders are processed quickly and efficiently
- Deal with absent salesperson activities when they are away
- Making sure orders progress from awaiting production to production

- To communicate well and work as part of the team
- Assist and understand the sales process
- To use all computer software to high level
- Demonstrate excellent communications skills
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills
- Ability to collate and accurately report relevant data in a timely manner
- Ability to perform various administration functions to a high standard
- To actively support and apply Company Policies and Procedures
Full Training will be given. Due to location transport is required.
