HRGO are looking for proactive and enthusiastic Operation Assistant to join a fast growing, well established storage and display business based in Bishops Stortford offering their clients display and storage solutions.
Processing sales orders through a WMS system
Communicating with suppliers and overseeing delivery/tracking of orders
Book in stock and complete Customs Clearance information
Generate customer credit notes and processing refunds
Liaising with couriers and freight companies - inclusive of processing couriers claims of damage
Must have previous administrative experience
Sound understanding of Microsoft Excel
Willingness to take on responsibilities and be self sufficient
Needs to be very organised/efficient
Ability to multi task
