• JOB TITLE: OFFICE ASSISTANT (2 months with opportunity to extend)

• PAY RATE: £10p/h
• HOURS: 8.30am-5.30pm - Monday, Tuesday Thursday & Friday

Our client is a well established estate agency based in Shepton Mallet with 11 offices around the UK.

They are looking to take on an Office Assistant for 4 days a week starting ASAP. You will be working in a team of 3

With the property market currently booming your role would involve but not limited to:

• Answer telephone calls in a polite manner
• Take messages
• Register potential customers on to client data base
• Updating the windows with new properties
• Ringing Solicitors, following up and taking messages
• General office admin duties

This would suit somebody who is a good listener, presentable with office admin experience.

Previous estate agent experience not essential but highly desirable.
