Multi Trade Operative

Location: Canterbury

Type: Temporary

Hours: Monday - Friday ~ 8am - 5pm

Pay: £17.00 includes fuel

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi Skilled Operatives to join our client's maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades from plumbing, plastering, ground works, carpentry, roofing, window repairs & painting, and decorating.

This is a temporary to permanent role for the ideal candidate who demonstrates exceptional skills and dedication to the job.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting repairs and maintenance tasks across various trades as directed by the site manager
- Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard & in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all work is carried in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Identifying and resolving possible maintenance issues promptly and efficiently
- Working independently or as part of a team to complete tasks

Requirements:

- Proven experience in all or most areas as detailed above
- Own van is essential for transportation of tools and equipment
- Must possess own hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
