We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our team. The primary focus will be to advise, guide and lead clients with the adoption of Microsoft 365 services. We are looking for someone with a keen knowledge and passion for Microsoft 365 services and can work with customers to implement Office 365 and Enterprise Mobility and Security solutions.

You will ideally be based in the Southwest, this offers a salary of between £30k-£50k

The main technology focus areas of the role are:

• Azure Active Directory (Incl. P2 features)

• Hybrid Identity Implementations

• Zero Trust Methodology

• Exchange Hybrid implementations

• Microsoft Information Protection

• Microsoft Endpoint Manager

• Microsoft Cloud App Security

Advantageous but not critical experience in:

• Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

• Microsoft Defender for Identity

• Microsoft Defender for Office 365

• Microsoft Endpoint Manager Co-Management configuration

Essential Candidate requirements:

• Must have good experience as a consultant working for an IT services or consulting organisation delivering to external customers.

• Must have demonstrable design & deployment experience of enterprise M365 solutions.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present to enterprise organisations, to build client relationships and lead workshops, etc.

• Experience within a Microsoft partner environment will be advantageous.

Advantageous Candidate requirements:

• Microsoft qualifications are advantageous; ideally one or more of MS-900 365 Fundamentals, MS-100 Identity & Services, MS-101 Mobility & Security, MS-500 M365 Security Administration.

You will need to perform both onsite and remote discovery workshops as part of the Pre-Sales engagements to gather Client requirements and to ensure that any designed solution captures all the Clients pain points whilst ensuring the solution is technically suited to the client . So, you will need to understand the Microsoft 365 Licensing structure and the advantages of each

You will be assisting our clients to migrate to Exchange Online from their existing email platform and

Implement the required features in the EMS Suite to secure their Microsoft 365 services.

Part of your role will be designing and implementing services such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, (Microsoft Intune) for iOS and Android devices and for Windows 10 using Windows AutoPilot.

You will attend presales calls and assist the sales team to provide technical advice to potential clients and assist in delivering webinars to both partners and clients
