Our client is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer, who will be able to provide 'hands-on' support to the operator on the process line, being able to resolve issues as they arise.

You will have the knowledge and ability to improve production processes by way of looking at the root cause and analysis of any issues / problems on the manufacturing / assembly lines and test processes.

Candidates suited to this role will need to have CNC Machining experience - turning, milling and grinding experience and knowledge. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of manufacturing systems and processes and also that of Lean manufacturing principles.

Your role will be to maintain the process to ensure adherence to quality standards and the site system requirements.

Candidates need to be able to understand technical drawings and geometric tolerances and have design capability using CAD / Solidworks.

This role is a full time permanent position, offering a competitive salary, together with a good benefits package, working a 37 hour week.
