We are urgently seeking experienced Machine Setters to join our fast expanding client.
Candidates need to have proven experience of machine operations, including the setting up and running of these and must have experience of using Flow wrapping / heat sealing machines as per the below:-
Ulma Flow Wrappers
Egatech Cae Packers
MAF Palletizers
ICE date coding labellers
Candidates need to be able to set up, operate and maintain machines to keep them running, producing high quality products.
Responsibilities of the role include:-
checking output quality and production KPI's
quality checking of the product - inspection of the finished produce, adjusting the machines as necessary
performing routine machine maintenance and cleaning, resolving any production issues as they arise
keeping detailed records
Hours of work are across 5 days per week, 7am to 5.30pm which will include weekends on a rota basis.
