Inbound Customer Service Advisor

HR GO are looking to recruit several Inbound Customer Service Advisors for their prestigious client based in the Washington/Gateshead area to start on 9th May 2022.

Main Responsibilities:-

  • Dealing with high volume Inbound calls and e-mails

  • Computer literature and knowledge of using Microsoft packages and CRM Systems

  • Excellent communication skills and a team player

  • Processing payments and refunds with multiple queries

The role pays £9.73 an hour based on a 40-hour working week, 9am until 6pm Monday to Friday and 1 in every 3 Saturdays.
