Position: Customer Support Agent
Location: Birkenhead
Hours: Between 8am-8pm Monday-Friday weekends on a rota
Salary: £328.00 -£349.00 per week - Weekly pay
We have positions available for an internet based retail company, this is supporting the general public, full training is provided, previous experience within a customer focused environment and good communications skills are required.
Starts available 12.1/18.1/26.1 and 27.1
Duties:
- Handling high volumes of customer service calls and updating internal database
- Responding to customers via phone/email and live chat facilities
- Inputting all data onto internal systems
- All associated administration duties
- Handle customer enquiries via telephone
- Manage and resolve customer queries and escalate priority issues
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Generic Profile
- Excellent telephone manner and clear verbal communication skills
- Call Centre experience advantageous and Customer Service experience preferred
- Committed to delivery of a consistently high quality of customer service
- Ability to communicate in a clear and effective manner via different methods
- Excellent listening and questioning skills
- Confident personality and skill in striking rapport with the customer
- Basic level of keyboard competence and computer literacy
- Self-motivated with an aptitude for maintaining enthusiasm and focus within a routine environment
- Good team player
